Mark the Dragon Boat Festival on May 31 with a culinary journey at Solaire’s Red Lantern. Discover six uniquely crafted gourmet rice dumplings, a delicious way to honor the legacy of Qu Yuan. Available for dine-in and beautifully packaged for thoughtful gifts.

The Dragon Boat Festival, observed on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, commemorates the poet Qu Yuan. Traditions include enjoying rice dumplings (“zongzi”), dragon boat races, wearing perfume pouches, drinking Realgar wine, and tying five-color silk threads.

Red Lantern offers a delicious range of sweet and savory “zongzi” for every palate. Sweet lovers can choose from tangerine peel and red bean, honey dates, or eight treasure beans with black rice. For savory fans, there’s abalone with scallop and more, braised pork belly with mustard, or salted egg yolk with preserved pork.
