In celebration of its 8th global anniversary this November, CHAGEE Philippines has announced its new leadership team: Christopher “Sonny” Tiong as Country General Manager and Oliver “Ollie” Rabatan as Deputy General Manager.
Sonny Tiong takes the helm as Country General Manager, steering CHAGEE’s nationwide expansion and operations. He is a seasoned F&B executive, having previously served as COO for international and local favorites including Krispy Kreme, Jamba Juice, and Pancake House. His focus will be on strengthening store performance, operational discipline, and delivering premium customer experiences.

Joining him is Deputy General Manager Ollie Rabatan, a strategic and award-winning marketer with over 20 years of experience, notably as the Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s. Ollie is recognized for his deep market understanding and ability to drive performance and loyalty through successful campaigns like “Bigger Chicken McDo” and the McDonald’s App launch.
In his role as Deputy General Manager, Ollie will spearhead CHAGEE Philippines’ innovation and growth strategy. Drawing on his passion for brand management and exceptional consumer experiences, Ollie is set to play a pivotal part in leading CHAGEE into its next chapter and firmly establishing the brand as the leader in the Philippines’ premium milk tea category.
