Set against the backdrop of Japan’s traditional sake brewing season, the evening celebrates the deep, balanced flavors that only the colder months can produce.
The journey begins with a traditional tuna-cutting ceremony and cocktails, followed by a six-course masterpiece curated by Executive Japanese Chef Jin Suzuki. Each dish—from the melt-in-your-mouth Seared Toro to the succulent Teppanyaki Wagyu Rump—is a testament to Chef Suzuki’s decades of mastery and innovative technique.
In collaboration with Philippine Wine Merchants, the menu features four premium sakes and two fine wines chosen to elevate every bite. Notable pairings include:
