Customers simply visit the Super Taxi Airport Transfer Lounge at Terminal 3, where they will be welcomed by one of JoyRide’s Customer Service Assistants, receive an instant quote, and immediately be assigned a driver and a Super Taxi unit ready to take them to their destination. For those who prefer to plan ahead, JoyRide also offers a pre-booking option to and from NAIA Terminals 1, 2, and 3 via the JoyRide Superapp or website under its Hatid-Sundo Airport Rides service.
All Super Taxi Airport Edition drivers are uniformed and professionally trained to ensure passengers receive the highest level of service. Each ride is monitored in real-time via GPS tracking and dash cams, with a 24/7 concierge team overseeing operations for added safety and efficiency.
